New Jersey Sidewalk Shed & Scaffolding has operated since 2024. We are an OSHA-certified contractor carrying general liability insurance up to $2 million, and we work on both sides of the Hudson: the five boroughs of New York City, and the municipalities of northern New Jersey.
Most of our work begins the same way. A facade report, an inspector, or a violation notice tells a building owner they need overhead protection, and they have no idea what that involves: how long it takes, what it costs, or who is allowed to file it. We survey the site, tell you what the code actually requires, handle the filing, and put the structure up.
